Research On Mobile Health Management App Design Based On UCD

With the rapid development of mobile Internet technologies, smart phones,wearable devices, as well as the people’s increasing health demand, mobile health applications are arising at the right moment. There already have much research about the mobile health service for the elderly and pregnant women, however, the research and application development for the health status of the white-collar crowd is relatively lacking. Influenced by unhealthy lifestyle, a high proportion of white-collar crowd are in the sub-health state. How to use of mobile devices, intelligent wearable devices fused with the mobile Internet and health services to design the health management app for the white-collar crowd, in order to provide to white-collar crowd personalized and customized health management service anytime, anywhere is urgent and has great application prospect.First of all, through the literature research and case analysis, the paper expounded the health management theory’s basic content and strategy, analyzed the health information collection equipment and health management mobile app’s present situation, and discussed the advantages and deficiency of the current health management mobile applications. Mobile health management processes is proposed on the basis of the traditional health management process management, and the health management app’s design process for the white-collar crowd is designed on the basis of the user-centered design idea.Secondly, based on the literature research and participatory observation of the white-collar crowd’s general characteristics and lifestyle, the paper preliminary achieved users’ requirements through the depth interview, further through user needs questionnaire for verification. At the same time, according to the survey results, the paper made user clustering analysis, in addition, got the user group and the corresponding features of subdivision. Then, the user role is founded for the subsequent design as the specific and reliable basis.In the end, according to the user research, the design strategy is proposed, and persuasion design theory is introduced to improve the design strategy. On this basis, it come to design research and practice. The paper determined the application’s function points based on the user needs and analyzed the application’s information architecture based on the card classification, then interaction process analysis is carried out for the main function, low fidelity prototyping was designed and optimized.Finally, it’s the interface and visual effects design about the application. The design practice results show that the design in this paper is reasonable and feasible in its functional architecture and page interactive process, and can meet the needs of users better.The purpose of this paper is to explore and meet the demand of white-collar crowd health management through the health management app design research, guide the white-collar crowd cultivate a healthy lifestyle, promote their own health, at the same time, the author hopes this research can provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for similar health management mobile phone application design.
