With the continuous development of human-computer interaction technology,web application service performance and user experience have become important factors to measure the quality of web application.In the aspect of user experience evaluation,in addition to the conventional indicator of rendering delay,the abnormal behavior caused by poor user experience is also an im-portant evaluation reference.The performance evaluation indicators of web application services usually include the average rate of cloud service response requests,the degree of stability,and the efficiency of server response resources resolution at the rendering end.The relationship between user behavior and web application service performance is in-separable.For example,when the request service link fails,users often repeatedly click a button to request the failed service.The above situation is the specific manifestation of the abnormal behavior of users caused by the problems of web application services.conversely,When similar user abnormal behavior occurs,it can effectively evaluate and warn the cloud web application service performance problems.Based on the relationship between web application service performance and user behavior,this thesis explores and designs a web application quality monitoring system for web application framework.The system aims at the three stages of web application(development,operation and maintenance),and designs the functions of the system.In the development stage of web application,the system takes data collection as the core,and designs reusable and accurate collection components for web application service per-formance and user behavior.Aiming at the running stage of web application,the system constructs a management platform of operation quality monitoring center which integrates data analysis,data monitoring and data early warning.Users can intuitively feel the run-ning state of the web application through charts and other information,and can timely discover the possible problems of the application through early warning configuration.Aiming at the later maintenance stage of web,the system encapsulates the lightweight data acquisition plug-in,which can complete the upgrade of the running status monitoring function of the application with minimal code modification cost.Finally,through the function,scenario and stress test of the system,the use value of the system in the real environment is verified,which lays a good foundation for the research of user behavior and web application service performance.
