With the help of the environment-aware technology and intelligent control technology, Next Generation Network (NGN) provides complicated intelligent services which is easy to use, easy to understand and easy to accept for users. It is called "user-centric", and the research is focused on enhancing the ability of human to control the world, making people communicate anywhere and anytime, and provide a variety of services. Relying on3G and4G networks, the operators continue to research and develop new services and contents. Data services have gradually become the most important income of operators instead of the voice service. As the users of the services, people play an important role in the communication system. That the users are free to use mobile data services with a mobile terminal will inevitably has a major impact on network performance, and has a very strong randomness. The services are difficult to be controlled by the operators. Thus, the analysis of users’ behavior becomes an important research aspect in the wireless field. Regarding users’ behavior as a starting point, and through constructing services and the model of users’ behavior, this thesis analyzes the impact on system performance, network capacity and blocking rate, and then makes a simulation. The thesis firstly introduces the basic knowledge of users’behavior, including the concepts and analytical methods, and the diversification with the development of the mobile network. Then it selects the typical application in the mobile Internet, such as P2P mobile streaming media service and presence service, to analyze in detail the state transition process, and improves the models, and then simulates the number of the shared videos in P2P systems and the service traffic of PS-side in presence service. The simulation results show that the users’behavior of the services has a great impact on the system capacity, and it cannot be ignored during the system design. Finally, starting from the perspective of the entire network, this thesis mainly researches the relationship between the users’behavior and the specific network performance, and proposes a relationship model, and simulates to verify the model with the blocking rate caused by the call repeating. On the control of the call repeating, this thesis proposes an optimal scheme of the resource allocation to improve the priority of the call repeating in order to enhance the user experience, and to solve the problems faced by the operators. In summary, although the users’behavior is difficult to control, the operators can adjust the network configuration and use the reasonable guide methods to manage the user behavior in order to achieve a win-win goal of the network performance optimized and the user satisfaction improved.
