With rapid development of the Internet, web UI gradually becomes a mainstream instead of the local applications, and carries increasing functions, which determines the user’s first impression on the system and efficiency in subsequent use. An increasing attention has been paid to the performance of web system which comes into view as an important factor affecting the user experience. A series of technical leading by HTML5provides a lot of convenient ways to improve the user experience of web system, and explorer with new technologies like Chrome and Firefox and the grand new Internet Explorer support more new features, driving the rapid development of web interaction, and also giving the opportunity to optimize the performance. In particular, graphics technologies such as Canvas let the Web system have a more colorful graphics presentation and a better interaction.The cloud monitoring platform in this article is called "TANC", TANC network measurement system is a distributed network performance monitoring system with cloud computing technology applied to, and it is divided into three parts as the web interface, probe design, centralized management and data analysis. The web interface is a web-based system using architecture Struts2.Firstly, the background knowledge of various technologies and performance optimization which cloud monitoring platform requires is summarized and investigated, and concluded a summary of the relevant knowledge of topology layout. Then the requirements analysis and general design of cloud monitoring platform user experience and interactivity is given, and detail realizations is introduced in three parts of performance optimization, interaction details and topology map improvement. Shaped Nodes Topology Layout Algorithm (SNTLA) is emphasized in the third part. At last, performance optimization and topology map improvement is tested in experimental network, and test results are analyzed. The test results prove that the performance optimization is effective; SNTLA works well, and has good browser compatibility. The user experience promotes prodigiously, which complies the requirements of this project.
