The turntable is a special device,and for precision tracking radars,the accuracy of the turntable directly affects the measurement accuracy and tracking performance of the entire radar.Compared with ground or shipborne radar turntables,space-borne turntables have higher requirements for their mechanical structure and working performance due to the working environment and difficulty of installation.Therefore,while ensuring its high precision,it is necessary to reduce the quality of the turntable as much as possible to facilitate the loading and ensure the high stability of the turntable.At present,highprecision tracking radars are mostly used in the national aerospace,military industry,communications and other fields.Therefore,the continuous improvement of the accuracy of the turntable plays an extremely important role in these fields.At the same time,the antenna is an important component in the fields of communications and radar,and some of its performance is also one of the important indicators to measure the accuracy of the turntable.Combining the background of the project,this paper designs the structure of the satellite-borne radar turntable and conducts simulation analysis.By designing a radar antenna test system,the turntable has sufficient accuracy.The main work content is:(1)Through reading the relevant literature at home and abroad,the research situation of the structure design of the turntable at home and abroad is understood,and the working principle of the turntable is deeply studied.Combined with the background of the project,a new type of ultrasonic motor is selected as the driving device of the turntable;The overall structure of the turntable can be determined by reasonable selection of the key parts to meet the requirements of the project;In order to deal with the harsh space environment,passive temperature control protection measures are taken for the turntable to avoid accidents caused by drastic temperature changes.(2)The three-dimensional model is drawn by Solid Works software,and the threedimensional model is simulated and analyzed by ANSYS software.To simplify the model,it is easy to analyze its structural characteristics,add material properties to the model,and impose the necessary constraints to establish a finite element model and analyze the model.The rationality of the design is verified by static and dynamic analysis.(3)Antenna test methods are consulted and compared.In this design,due to the convenience and accuracy of the test method,the planar near-field test method is selected to test the performance parameters of the antenna,and the corresponding test system is designed to detect all the characteristics of the antenna.The composition of the test system is introduced,and each subsystem is designed.According to the requirements of the test scheme,the probe is scanned by the scanning frame in the microwave anechoic chamber.Through the data collection and processing system,the measured near-field data of the antenna is transformed into the far-field data and displayed,and the complete antenna performance parameters are obtained.Finally,the rationality of the system design is verified by the estimation of dynamic range.
