Two-dimensional turntable is a kind of inertial navigation test equipment. It can be used for precision tracking device of supporting frame. As high precision motion simulation equipment, the structural characteristics of turntable directly affects its simulation precision. Therefore structural design of turntable and stabilized platform body mechanics characteristic analysis is very important.Firstly, according to the user's requirements, through the domestic and international turntable of structure type analysis and comparison, determined the overall structure and principle. Discussed two-dimensional turntable drive mode and select the relevant components. Secondly, designed the structure of the turntable and made mode by using three-dimensional design software UG, model import finite element software ANSYS, establish the element finite model of turntable, analysis the dynamic and static characteristics of turntable by using ANSYS. Through the simulation result, analysis the weak link of the structure, the FEM are taken to obtain the lightweight optimized frame structure. At last, test the turntable measurement precision through experiment and analysis the main factors affecting precision of turntable.
