As an important test equipment for the inertial components,the turntable can simulate various attitude angle motion of the aircraft,rediscover various dynamic characteristics of its motion,and carry out the simulation and test in the field of an aeronautics and space.It plays a key role in the inertial navigation.The precision of the turntable will directly affect the accuracy and reliability of inertial devices.Focusing on the system design problem of a high dynamic single-axis simulation turntable,based on the theory mechanics,control technology and computer technology,the design idea of motion control and the digital design method are adopted to carry out the structure and electrical design of the turntable.The structure design includes the construction of the main frame,the thinning of the internal parts,the simulation calculation of the structural parts strength,the selection of the motor bearing encoder,etc.The electrical design mainly carries out the construction and theoretical verification of the control method.Finally,through the performance evaluation of the turntable and the comparison with the design benchmark,it is demonstrated that the requirement of the high dynamic precision is satisfied and the established function of the turntable is realized.The designed turntable has the speed mode and angular vibration function,produces the output angle signal / angular velocity signal in real time and synchronously generates the output turntable waveform and amplitude function.In addition,the vibration curve can be displayed.By optimizing the structure and electrical design,the rate accuracy and stability of the single-axis simulation turntable has been improved at least one order of magnitude compared with the current common turntable,the turntable reach a higher level in the industry.
