We describ the general situation of Shipborne photo-electricity scout and survey equipment(SPSSE), It’s emphasized that the SPSSE is indispensable inbetween development of the high tech weaponry. The article focused on the design of the overall structure of the photoelec-tric tracking turntable,and describes the functionality of the turntable, the working principle and composition. Turntable and key components were analyzed of finite element and researched, meanwhile, calculated the natural frequency of the structure and mode shapes, which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the structure.The system accuracies of tracking and angular measurement are largely dependent on the optical-mechanical structure design of the photoelectric tracking platform. Using the inertial gyro Law stable visual axis to ensure the turntable has a stable track performance on a moving vehicle.There fore, the machining accuracy of the turntable, and the shafting accuracy made stringent requirements.In addition, the system error is computed and analyzed on the basis of the error theory, finally,Tracking accuracy of turntable influencing factors are analyzed theoretically.
