With the rapid development of technologies such as the Internet and big data,digital office has become the most basic resource allocation for modern enterprises.The daily office process will produce a large amount of electronic file information,showing an exponential growth trend,so it is necessary to develop a file management system to centrally manage electronic files scattered in different places.As a backbone enterprise in the communications industry,China Mobile can build a unified and standard electronic archives data center according to its own needs.It can manage all archives in a centralized and standardized manner to ensure the safe storage of data.Efficient search and borrowing can improve the efficiency of enterprise management.This article focuses on the implementation process of the mobile enterprise digital archive management system project.The author is engaged in the collection,sorting and management of the company's electronic archives in the Luzhou branch of Sichuan Mobile,and is mainly responsible for demand analysis,design and testing during the development of the archives management system.In the current period,the electronic archives of the various departments of the Luzhou branch were stored separately,resulting in poor sharing,low utilization,and difficulty in searching.It is necessary to develop an archive management system to solve the problem.Analyzed the current situation of domestic and foreign literature research,determined that the system was developed using integrated frameworks such as Spring Boot,Struts2,Hibernate,and introduced their working principles and characteristics.Then analyzed the main goals of the system construction,pointed out the system business function requirements.Requirement analysis is carried out on system function use cases,business processes,etc.The article builds a hierarchical overall structure and technical structure as a whole,and points out the application level and key technologies of the digital archive management system.The overall system architecture from top to bottom is archive information portal,business model,data model,function model,data resource layer and data storage backup.Data information flow can be established between different layers,and function composition,development technology and hardware deployment can be designed.And so on,and built a system data model.The research focus of this article is the UML modeling design of the system modules and the detailed design of the system functional modules.The digital archive management system mainly includes system login,archive collection and sorting,archive storage,archive retrieval,archive identification,archive statistics,borrowing/ Functional modules such as approval management and system management.These functions are designed through UML modeling method.By setting up a development environment,the system functions are realized.Finally,a comprehensive test was carried out,and test cases were designed to confirm that the system design and realization effect reached the expected goal through the test.Through the research of this article,a mobile enterprise digital archive management system is constructed,which can effectively reduce the workload of archives management,standardize the management process,and help company employees to quickly retrieve the required archives,improve management efficiency and quality,and reduce labor costs.Through the centralized management of archive resources,it can provide data statistical analysis functions,provide a reference basis for corporate leaders to make scientific decisions,realize that archives can better serve corporate market operations and management,and enhance corporate brand image.
