Practical Research On Enterprise Machine Learning Visualization Management Platform In Informatization Project Management

Machine learning is one of the core technologies of AI,and has become a core research topic in many fields of technology.However,there are still few cases in China where machine learning technology can be used to make a profit for an enterprise,and the reason is that compared with traditional information projects,the uncertainty of machine learning projects runs through the implementation process,making the whole project difficult to manage.Therefore,it is urgent to establish an enterprise-class,integrated and collaborative machine learning management platform in combination with advanced management concepts.This paper studies a large number of domestic and foreign machine learning project deployment and management cases,consults a large number of literature,analyzes the pain and difficulties in applying machine learning,based on the project management complexity theory,establishes a visual machine learning management platform based on big data technology and combined with project management theory,so that the whole life cycle of machine learning project becomes clear,controllable and manageable.Through the successful application of big data governance projects in a city,it is shown that visual machine learning management platform is feasible,can effectively reduce the threshold for enterprises and governments to use AI technology,and ensure the transparency,reliability and efficiency of enterprise machine learning project implementation process.Based on the complexity control theory of project management of MSV model,the platform realizes the functions of data visualization,process visualization and training visualization in machine learning,which can effectively coordinate the work among machine learning experts,business representatives and managers,and provide integrated professional development,deployment and management platform.
