With the continuous development of modern communication technology,the complexity of the signal increases,and people pay more attention to the details of the signal.For the sampling system,reducing the noise in the sampling process and improving the measurement accuracy can achieve more accurate signal acquisition.Accuracy is one of the important indicators of the acquisition system,which is mainly affected by the resolution of the analog-to-digital converter.Due to the limitation of integrated circuit technology,ADC cannot take into account both sampling rate and resolution,and the sampling accuracy is limited.Therefore,it is of great practical value to study the sampling accuracy factors and improve the sampling accuracy.Based on the experimental platform of PXIe bus oscilloscope,this paper deeply studies the sampling accuracy factors,constructs a hybrid alternating sampling system with configurable sampling rate and resolution,and analyzes and realizes the high-precision data processing method.The research mainly includes the following four parts:1?Analysis of signal reconstruction performance relationship model: Firstly,the reconstruction of sparse signal is analyzed,and the effect of sampling rate and quantization bit on signal reconstruction performance is studied respectively.Furthermore,the relationship model of input signal-to-noise ratio,ADC quantization bits,sampling rate,and measured signal features is established,laying a foundation for the optimal sampling system design in practical application.2?Analysis and design of hybrid alternating sampling system: Based on time interleaved sampling system,quantization interleaved sampling system,a hybrid interleaved sampling system with configurable sampling rate and resolution is constructed.The principle of improving the sampling performance of the sampling system is analyzed,and the sampling structure is implemented in the acquisition module of PXIe bus oscilloscope.Ideally,the sampling rate of the hybrid alternating sampling system can reach 5 GSPS,and the resolution can be improved to 9 bit.In addition,the optimal performance of the system in the presence of input noise and quantization noise is studied.3?Analysis of high precision processing method: In the case of a certain hardware structure of the sampling system,the principle of high-precision data processing methods such as filtering,continuous acquisition averaging,continuous sampling averaging,and averaging based on dither are analyzed from the perspective of frequency domain and time domain.The correctness of the relevant methods is verified by simulation experiments.In addition,the principle of improving measurement accuracy by signal channel correction is studied,and the calibration of zero error and gain error is introduced in detail.Finally,the high-precision data processing method introduced in this paper is realized in the oscilloscope software,and the comparison of the measured waveforms before and after processing by relevant methods is given,so as to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method to improve the system accuracy.
