Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is an important problem in manufacturing. The technology of information system reconfiguration has greatly promoted the development of BPR, but the existing technology of reconfiguration is commonly based on the assembly and clipping of business modules. Since the business module encapsulates the representation layer, business layer and data layer of information system, the agility of reconfiguration will be limited when the granularity of the business module is large. To overcome the shortcomings, this thesis puts forward a Hybrid Reconfiguration Technology (HRT) based on enterprise model, and develops a prototype of Reconfiguration Platform (RP), which supports the reconfiguration of information system well. By the hybrid reconfiguration of user interface, business process and data, HRT brings the reconfiguration of the whole information system to success. The main research interests are focused on the user interface customization, the business process reconfiguration and the data reconfiguration. With script driving, the interface customization is implemented; with the technology of workflow, the business process reconfiguration is implemented; with data object and data buffer, the data reconfiguration is implemented. Based on the theory of HRT, the PR is developed, which provides a supporting environment and a tool kit for the reconfiguration of information system. RP has characters of hybrid reconfiguration, model guidance and high expansibility. It mainly consists of three layers: supporting environment layer, component and object layer and implementation layer. The layer of supporting environment includes OS, DBMS, internet/intranet and distributed computing environment; The layer of component and object provides material for the reconfiguration; The layer of implementation includes the tool kit supporting the reconfiguration.Following the principle of HRT, a Serial Number Management System (SNMS) based on the RP is developed, which has proven the feasibility and usability of the technology.
