In order to boost the quality and competitiveness in the global market,EU and USA paid highly attention to the data based quality controls,and TQM has been gradually promoted in these western counties.Along with the network collaborative manufacturing,intelligent factory and the integration of design and manufacturing,the data visualization technology has increasingly become the key support of aviation manufacturing technology.AVIC CAC always adhere to scientific and technological innovation-driven enterprise transformation and upgrading.This company promotes the integration and development of process information technology and the aviation manufacturing industry with the concept of digital and intelligent CAC.With the rapid development of AVIC CAC,the traditional quality control mode and operation mechanism could hardly meet the prerequisite of digital transformation and upgrading of new CAC in the aviation industry.Obtain and discover historical and real-time data and potential significance in the process of aviation product design,assembly,inspection and flight test as well as guide the effective application of aviation product data in the whole life cycle and the whole business process through the way and method of index evaluation is an urgent development hotspot of aviation product quality control.Therefore,make an unified quality control platform for production is imminent.This thesis takes the key technologies involved in Java EE development and data visualization as the research object.A deep study of data visualization products for aviation key technologies,conducts in-depth research on key technologies of data visualization for aviation products.This thesis researched an unified quality control platform for production deeply——Data Visualization and Quality Control System of Aviation Products,the platform has been verified and tested as well.The main work contents of this thesis include:Based on the analyzing of the research background and international and domestic development trend of data visualization technology in quality controls,this thesis selects the appropriate data visualization technology for the construction of the data visualization platform,by analyzing the data visualization of the aviation products quality control system's requirements,eight functional and six non-functional requirements for the system were identified.By making the design principle of the system,this platform applied the Java EE,Echarts,Javascripts and Oracle SQL and the design of its core work-flow engine followed the “engine+framework+intersection”designing thought,JQuery Easy UI is applied for data maintenance and the system's structure used ETL(Extract-Transform-Load)technology ultimately.This papar built logic model in professional works as well as code developement of each function module of user relationship,business processes,modules,and interfaces for design contents.A data visualization and quality control system of aviation products with hightimeliness and effectiveness are designed and implemented.This thesis combied the CAC's conditions withdata visualization and quality controlsystem of aviationproducts,it used the quality data of products stored in ERP,MES and so on,utilized the domain index to show the KPI in quality areas.This thesis also built the DW of quality,analytical models,and prediction models of quality trending and etc,.in quality control areas.These works are all made the digital,modeling and visualizationquality controlsystem of aviationproducts suitable to products' life cycle.All these data supported the operation control of CAC.The quality status can be exhibite in multiple views and dimensions to offer excessive warning and excessive analyze to quality indexs.?At this stage,this research helped CAC control the products' real-time quality in R&P process in total.The success of this new system could rise the decision-making ability of enterprise's leadership in all-levels leaders timely and precisely.This platform used the intuitive visual interface to make the product comprehensive real-time control come true.Through the above work,this thesis completely matched the design and implementation requests of the aviation product data visualization quality control system of CAC in functional integrity,reliability,and interface design.At the same time as a standardized process of big data application's solution in same type promotion value type,the testing and practical results showed that the Data Visualization and Quality Control System of Aviation Products meet the CAC's objective for it contains all characterastics incl.practical,advanced,scalable,easy to managementin in today's mainstream processing application design as a general type and standardize process application.
