In recent years,with the advancement and development of science and technology,the network,digitalization,and big data technology frameworks have also been widely used.But,these big data processing solutions are often based on the underlying data analysis and processing,they just ignore the most important user interaction and use today.In the field of industrial production,operators must have considerable professional qualities,Only by understanding the underlying logic of the system can they develop and use relevant big data quality analysis systems.Therefore,it is particularly important to service-encapsulate the underlying algorithm of big data and implement third-party users to plug-in and invoke data analysis services.Second,in heterogeneous industrial data,a large number of data presentation models produced by enterprises are complex and obscure,and they cannot quickly identify effective information.Therefore,using graphic images to carry relevant data information to form data visualization is a crucial core service in the analysis of industrial enterprise data.This article is devoted to the large-scale science and technology project of Anhui Province for analysis of industrial enterprises cloud service platform,for a large number of steel quality data,its data analysis services and visual research.Based on the mature big data technology framework,a data analysis service and visualization platform based on big data platform was designed.The system has a three-tier architecture and consists of a data access layer,a business logic layer,and an application layer(presentation layer).The data access layer makes use of the easily extensible nature of the Spark DataSet,formulates a partition strategy for temporal data,and establishes an efficient temporal index on partitioned data,implements a new temporal query function,and uses the Spark Java API technology to implement the transformation of the Scala function relative to the Java function.At the business logic level,Web service technology is used to encapsulate the underlying algorithm into Web service publishing,and the big data storage and analysis module is serviced to facilitate third-party users to make plug-in calls.The application layer uses the AJAX technology to invoke the Web service interface of the business logic layer to obtain the returned results.And the industrial quality data were analyzed and analyzed,and the most industrially valuable data combinations were selected.The corresponding charts of the Echarts framework were used to show their data relationships and trends,and their data presentation methods were optimized so as to tap more data values.The main functions of the system include two parts: 1)encapsulating the underlying temporal index optimization algorithm using Web Service technology to provide the service interface;2)call the interface to obtain the corresponding steel quality data,and use a variety of charts to provide users with a full range of different levels of data visualization services.
