With the popularization of the social bank, a bank as a business, it’s natural development is inseparable from the human resource management. The Management evolution of National four banks National proves that the long-term stability depends not only on the economy but also on the level of the bank’s human resources development and management. Although the bank business strategy and operations are constantly adapted to changing needs of society, but always continuously improve the level of banking human resources development and management. With the popularity of the Internet, online recruitment comes into the people’s vision and gradually becomes the main way of bank recruiting, which takes a lot of information without geographical, no time to share.It has lots of advantages to service for banking recruitment and job seekers. So, how to analyze a sound recruitment system is vital.This article is main to have analysis and research for personnel recruitment system of Fenghua rural commercial bank. Firstly, it analyses the era background of f bank recruitment, get an overview of the bank staff recruitment problems, and the significance and importance of research. Secondly, it proposes the content of this paper is to develop a personnel recruitment system suitable for the Fenghua rural commercial bank from the domestic status analysis of bank personnel recruitment. Then carry out a detailed analysis of three aspects:business analysis, functional analysis, and data analysis. In business analysis, it uses the UML activity diagrams to sign for business process analysis and optimization, so that it can clear the system flow; in functional data analysis, it uses the UML use case diagrams and package diagrams to sign for functional use case analysis, adds the computer operations, refines business processes and has dynamic modeling; In the data analysis, it uses the UML thumbnails diagrams and entity class diagram to sign for the relationship analysis of data, gets the clear relationship with the cases and the establishment of information tables and databases, realizes the data flow transparency. Finally, it has summary and outlook, in order to better improve the personnel recruitment system of Fenghua rural commercial bank.The system design provides seven functions:recruitment program management, recruiting resume management, recruitment hiring management, recruitment contract management, recruitment trial period management, basic information management and systems management.
