Design And Implementation Of Real Estate Sales Management System Based On SSH

With the reversal of the social economy,the competition faced by the real estate industry has gradually increased.Facing the elimination of society and the choices of customers,the real estate industry cannot satisfy customers with a warm service attitude alone.It needs a convenient and complete system to help customers and real estate sales staff reduce unnecessary problems.Therefore,the design of real estate sales management system is the only way for social progress,work innovation,and information technology upgrading.This thesis takes the real estate sales management system as the research object.Through the demand analysis of the real estate sales management system,the preliminary plan is that the system functions will have financial management functions,sales management functions,statistical report functions,house management functions,customer management functions,and system management functions.As well as seven functions for data viewing,for these seven functions,it is designed and implemented based on UML modeling technology,and the implemented functions are tested.The test results show that the current system is stable and can provide services to customers.The design of this system will realize a simple and easy-to-use real estate sales management system,dedicated to helping the real estate industry increase the information support of sales management,improve the management level of real estate companies,and improve company management efficiency.The real estate sales management system designed in this paper provides customers with sufficient information about real estate and houses,speeds up the sales of buildings,and at the same time can provide more sufficient customer information for managers of real estate companies.The real estate sales management system has played a certain role in promoting the vitality and development of the real estate market,and the functions of the system can basically meet the needs of real estate users and promote the management of real estate sales.
