Design And Implementation Of Real Estate Sales Management System Based On .NET

In recent years,Chinese economy has been developed rapidly.With Chinese accelerated urbanization process and housing system reform,the real estate industry has seen rapid development,and real estate sales volume of business has been rapidly expanded.With the rapid development of network and the coming of the information age,the modern idea of real estate management infiltrate into the reformation of the traditional sales management.The requirements of modern management and consumer have made realty agencies to reform traditional sales models in order to adapt to the development of society.The designation and development of realty sales management information system can provide sufficient information of buildings and apartments for the consumers.The system will not only promote the sell speed of buildings and apartments,but also will provide enough information of consumers and social requirements for the managers of the realty agencies.This will accelerate the development of realty agencies.This paper presents a sales management system based on.NET.The designed sales management system is implemented based on B/S architecture.In the development platform of Visual Studio2013,.NET Framework has been used.In addition,SQL server 2008 is used for background database,while C#and HTML languages are used to design program and interface.In this paper,the designing idea of construction,the business analyzing process,the database designing,and the programming implementation in the end are introduced in detail.Through the sales management system to handle a large number of complex information,the progress of the real estate company is accelerated.Through testing,the system is safe and reliable.This system has a positive influence on the enterprise management.
