With the acceleration of media replacement and the rapid rise of new media,traditional media,including Hunan Radio and Television,have been greatly impacted.This film is in this background,with "I" as the interviewer,mainly on the Hunan Radio and Television Channel host interviews live record.This film interviews hosts who have made the transition,hosts who are making the transition and those who choose not to make the transition,producers who embrace new media and senior representatives of new media organizations.They set out from different angles to make their own understanding of the choice of TV host's transformation.This film mainly analyzes and studies the traditional media which are impacted by new media.It mainly expounds and analyzes the different attitudes of TV hosts on transformation or adherence and interviews them.Through in-depth interviews,it analyzes the reasons for their different attitudes and puts forward practical suggestions for the hosts who want to transform.Also from this on the cusp of the media indecisive people to provide ideas and power.In summary,the contribution of this paper is as follows:(1)Analyses the advantages and disadvantages of traditional media and new media respectively: new media information transmission fast and efficient,strong technology,high visibility,but easy to distort,not strong credibility,entertainment nature;Traditional media have strong public trust,high public trust and more authority,but the information transmission is slow,the content is weak,the technology is weak,less and less visible,and the appeal to the audience is declining.(2)Two suggestions are put forward for hosts who want to make a transition:analyze whether their personality is suitable for new media and whether they have a "sense of network";Recognize their own unfair competitive advantages,to create a differentiated people.(3)Suggestions for the transformation of traditional media managers: opening the "We Media" accounts of hosts and equipping each host with a team to create "We Media",with the purpose of benefiting TV ratings and attracting programs;In the face of brain drain,more should pay to retain talents;Make up for technical shortcomings and introduce more technical talents.(4)to blindly follow the trend of new media transformation and even resigned the "sea" of the host for blocking,for the platform dividend of the host,it is more important not to chase the wind,become a tuyere.
