A Study On The Transformation Of Traditional Media Hosts From The Perspective Of Social Capital

In recent years,traditional media workers represented by traditional media hosts have continued to transform and develop,and the loss of talent in traditional media has been serious and has gradually received attention.This research takes traditional media anchors as the research object,and analyzes and studies the social phenomena of the current transformation of traditional media anchors.Traditional media host as the spokesperson of traditional media and the speech mouthpiece of the party and government has important practical significance for the development of media society.Therefore,this research focuses on the traditional media anchors and uses the theory of social capital as the theoretical basis.Through the combination of semi-structured in-depth interview method and case analysis method,the traditional media anchors' transformation motivation,media work problems,transformation path,Research on issues such as the transformation dilemma,and verify the role and influence of social capital in the process of host transformation,and at the same time provide enlightenment and thinking for media organizations on the transformation of traditional media host.
