Library Microblogging Users Factors Influencing Acceptable Behavior,

In2011CNNIC survey, micro-blog become the fastest-growing internetapplication in our country, because of its half rate of208.9%. As the number of theregistered user is growing, it indicates that micro-blog deserved has become a newinteractive platform in the internet. With the expansion of the influence of themicro-blog, library as a public welfare institution, it applies for micro-blog to provideservice. Micro-blog may be a new service window and a new interactive platform tolibrary. When the library provides service, it may face the problem of the user'acceptance. It's necessary that the library find the cause of the user' acceptance ofmicro-blog, depend on which the library improve service. We wish to find out theinfluence factors of the user' acceptance of micro-blog, then provide the rationalsuggestions for the service the library.Based on the theory of the user' acceptance, first of all, consulting a large numberof literature, taking example of foreign mature theoretical model and combining withthe nature of library service micro-blog, we introduced the exterior factors such asinformation quality, service quality, web site quality, then build the theory model of usersacceptance behavior of library micro-blog; secondly by the questionnaire investigationmethod, we test and verify the model, then confirm the influence factors of the user'acceptance of micro-blog; finally, according to the influence factors we provide therational suggestions for the service the library. The paper hope deeply understanding theuser' demand of the library micro-blog by the perspective methods, throw that thelibrary can accurately positioning services' targets, optimize the allocation of resources,provide reference to those who have opened or need to open the library micro-blog,when the library face the problem, they may refer to it.
