Feiliks is a service enterprise focusing on the third party supply chain of inventory management for the notebook computer manufacturers in Chongqing.After ten years of development with ODM(Original Design Manufacturer).It has been transformed from the traditional shelves,manual handling,manual record data,low turnover,low efficiency of the inventory management to automated warehouse inventory management mode,but the automated warehouse of inventory management operation process in the daily,because non-standard of the in-warehouse material ? the low efficiency of manual collection of the in-warehouse information ? the high-intensity work of transferring box of SMT materials ?AGVs mover inefficiently?the system is highly integrated that result in factors of increasing server loading and the requirement of comprehensive capacity of operators,it restricts the more efficient operation process of the inventory management,efficiency improvement and cost optimization which is based on automated warehouse technology.In order to analyze the optimization scheme of inventory management mode based on automated warehouse technology,the method of literature research is used to cite domestic and foreign literature and theoretical knowledge about the inventory management.Based on automated warehouse technology of Feiliks in Chongqing of inventory management core factors,the efficiency of in-warehouse or out-warehouse?LPN of inventory?the hardware and software of automated warehouse,which is analyzed.At the same time,to analysis,which is based on automated warehouse,the daily inventory management of in-warehouse or out-warehouse of PO ? rolls ? SKU(Stock Keep Unit),to define the inventory management mode of FTL+MOQ KITTING.The thesis mainly researches the key points of problems and factors of inventory management that is based on automated warehouse in reality.Using scientific management tools combined with the characteristics of inventory model,to analysis from process,efficiency,cost and LPN.The main causes of inventory management problems which is based on automated warehouse technology that are deduced.It is confirmed to optimize the FTL+MOQ KITTING model.It mainly includes the following aspects.First of all,to improve and to optimize the goal of the inventory management mode based on the technology of the automatic warehouse.Secondly,the thesis studies and analyzes the theoretical and data aspects of the improvement of inventory management thinking by methods of six Sigma DMAIC and SIPOC tools is supported by the automatic warehouse,the flexible improvement of warehouse location for ODM EOQ.Finally,to be investigated the operators and mangers of inventory management by the random sampling survey method,and evaluate the core factors of inventory management which is based on automated warehouse technology,cost?the number of personnel?efficiency of in-warehouse?turnover of inventory?efficiency of out-warehouse by the entropy method.This thesis analyzes the situations,the problems and the factors of inventory management of automated warehouse,to update the inventory management mode which is based on automated warehouse technology,to optimize its timeliness?efficiency and process.It makes to be referenced this inventory management mode of automated warehouse for the similar enterprises.
