With the rapid development of modern wireless communication technology,the structure of communication network is becoming more and more complex.The integration of various communication modes provides more comprehensive choices for the user's communication needs.How to choose the most appropriate way among various communication modes has become an urgent problem.Therefore,on the basis of a clear understanding of a variety of communication modes,it is of great value to select scientific and comprehensive efficiency evaluation indexes and determine an effective frequency optimization algorithm.By evaluating the effectiveness of the communication network and providing users with a scientific basis for using frequency reasonably allocate frequency resources,the efficiency of communication services and the utilization of frequency resources can be effectivly improved.Based on ascertaining the effectiveness evaluation theory and evaluation process,the current development status and common methods of communication network performance evaluation are analyzed.According to the basic principles of index selection,combined with the actual situation of wireless communication network efficiency evaluation and the technical characteristics of multi-mode communication,this dissertation extracts six evaluation indexes and characterizes them,thus establishing the performance evaluation index system of wireless communication network.On basis of this,the normalization methods of various indicators under different dimensions are defined,as well as the importance of each attribute according to the user's needs through the analytic hierarchy process,and the measurement method of the communication efficiency are determined after comprehensively analysis.Based on the established communication effectiveness evaluation system,the characteristics of radio wave propagation mode and propagation characteristics are expounded.This dissertation determines the parameter calculation method of the key factors affecting communication capability under different modes of communication.In the actual communication environment,multiple users requesting access at the same time may cause selection conflicts.This dissertation proposes a new frequency band preference function expression,which reflects the conflict of choice between users and solves the problem of frequency band optimization for multiple users with the concept of game theory.Finally,the comprehensive effectiveness of the wireless communication network is evaluated and analyzed by combining with the maritime communication scenario,which verifies feasibility and effectiveness of the multi-mode communication efficiency evaluation method and provides a favorable reference for the user's frequency decision.
