In recent years, wireless sensor networks have been widely concerned at home and abroad in the field of structural monitoring, because of their strong flexibility and simple layout.Under normal conditions, the data generated by structural damage monitoring is very large, and bottlenecks such as insufficient throughput and access conflicts tend to occur when transmitting data in wireless sensor networks. As a result, the diagnosis results are often accompanied by large deviations, which cannot directly reflect the specific damage.position.Aiming at the above problems, this paper focuses on structural damage monitoring-oriented wireless sensor networks and diagnostic methods. The system is analyzed in four aspects, the design principles of distributed acquisition, wireless transmission, and terminal processing, from the network topology, wireless communication protocols, node design, and damage diagnosis algorithms. The specific research content of the full text is as follows:The paper first proposes a wireless structure damage monitoring model.Based on the key issues such as throughput, robustness, and synchronization of wireless sensor networks,a dual-channel cluster network topology is designed,On the basis of it,the data transmission mechanism based on TDMA and the more flexible time synchronization algorithm are studied.By using dual-channel TDMA time division multiple access, achieve the collaborative work and efficient transmission of nodes. In the experimental part, the time synchronization and network transmission effects are tested. The final results show that the structural damage monitoring network has good data transmission characteristics in single-channel mode and dual-channel mode, time synchronization error, throughput, and packet loss rate. And other performance indicators meet the design requirements. For the wireless sensor network node of structural damage monitoring, this article designed the hardware circuit and software program of the node, and proposed the FPGA +CC2630 sensor node solution, which realized the functions of guided wave signal excitation, response signal acquisition and wireless transmission. At the same time,a dual CC2630 radio frequency chip framework is used to build the base station nodes, and a dual-channel cluster network is established. The normal operation of upper and lower networks is ensured through the relay and management functions of the base station nodes.Aiming at the accuracy problem in distributed damage localization, this paper studies the method of structural damage diagnosis based on node cooperation, and designs the node monitoring scheme. It introduces the moving mean filter, window function and Hilbert transform processing of damage characteristic signals process. In the localization diagnosis, the two-dimensional position coordinates of the damage were introduced, and the source of the systematic error was analyzed in detail.Around the problems of low accuracy of damage localization and large random error, etc. In this paper,a fusion imaging algorithm is proposed to weaken the interference of random errors in the diagnosis results by superimposing multiple sets of monitoring data, thereby achieving the focus of the damage location. Finally,in the experimental part, the perforation damage in the aluminum plate structure is diagnosed, and the feasibility of the algorithm and the reliability of the network are verified.
