The Design And Research Of Voice Interaction System For Elderly Based On Elements Model Of User Experience

With the development of artificial intelligence technology,voice interaction has entered the second phase of two-way interaction from the first phase dominated by the system.On the one hand,there are few researches on voice interaction compared with graphical interface interaction and there is no universal user experience model.On the other hand,with aging problem getting worse,the elderly's physical,cognitive and psychological characteristics make it a potential user of voice interaction.The specific research contents and results are as follows:1.The first part is to build a universal elements model of user experience under voice interaction.Elements model of user experience is a classic experience model proposed by Jesse James Garrett for web design,which is divided into five layers:strategy layer,scope layer,structure layer,frame layer and performance layer.The corresponding experience elements of the above five layers under the voice interaction are anaylzed and the design process and method based on the model are proposed.2.The second part is to complete the design of voice interaction system for the elderly.Based on the user experience elements model under the voice interaction,the interview method is used to find the core need of the elderly under the voice interaction scenario,and three user role models are established.Taking health management as the core goal,design of the strategic layer and the scope layer are completed;based on the conclusion that health management is the core demand of the elderly in China,the investigation of their lower-tier demand is completed with the questionnaire method and the nonparametric statistical test.Based on the results of statistical test,the interaction process and response strategy are formulated to complete the design of frame layer,structure layer and performance layer.3.The evaluation of the elements model of user experience and design of voice interaction system for the elderly are completed through expert evaluation and Wizard of Oz experiment.Some suggestions on voice interaction design for the elderly are proposed.Voice interaction has the potential to improve the daily life of the elderly due to its advantages of low learning cost and emotional transfer.Starting from the classic elements model of user experience under the GUI,the elements model of user experience under the VUI with certain universal value are proposed.In addition,taking the elderly as the target group,the system design according to the elements model of user experience is completed,and the feasibility of the model is verified.The research results have certain theoretical guiding significance and practical application value.
