Research On Public Archives Innovation Service Under "Internet Plus"

With the development of the times,“internet plus” has gradually become clear from a vague concept until it rises into a national strategy.Its influence has spread to every traditional industry.All walks of life are planning to make better use of resources and increase their core competitiveness through internet plus thinking and technology.Public archives,as an important social cultural organization in society,also needs to seize opportunities,overcome challenges,and realize transformation and upgrading of its own service concept,service mechanism,and social functions,and fully realize its social functions,thereby reflecting its existence value and existence.significance.This article mainly investigates the current status of archives information services and user file information needs in public archives under the “internet plus” background(mainly in Shaanxi Province),analyzes the problems existing in the public archives information service process in China,and summarizes Domestic and foreign archives innovation service typical practice cases,according to the status quo and problem analysis,theory and case summary comprehensively put forward China's public archives need to use the service transformation strategy,the specific ideas are as follows:The first part is the basic part,namely Chapter 1 and Chapter 2.Among them,the first chapter briefly describes the basis and significance of the topic,and analyzes and summarizes domestic and international research progress,expounds the research methods and innovations of this paper;Chapter 2 mainly defines the core concepts involved in this paper and elaborates the relevant theoretical basis of this article.The second part is the analysis of the status quo and problems,Chapters 3 and 4.The first chapter is the analysis of the research situation,which is based on the statistical analysis of the status of the public archives information service and the field survey results of user satisfaction and user demand.The fourth chapter is based on the previous analysis of the facts of the classification There are five major problems in the development of internet plus services in public archives in China: lack of user thinking,weak collection construction,single service mode,backward technical means,and shortage of talents.The third part is the analysis of the countermeasures,Chapter 5 and Chapter 6.The fifth chapter mainly analyzes the domestic and foreign innovation service practice cases,including case studies of four advanced countries such as UK,Germany,Netherlands,and Singapore,as well as China's Jiaxing "Paper Archives" and Gansu "Digital Dunhuang" and other Internet+ advanced applications.Chapter 6 focuses on the problem analysis and case summary of the previous article,and discusses the construction and improvement of the Internet+services of public archives in China from the five levels of ideology,system construction,resource construction,technology application,and talent team.The last part,Chapter 7,is an epilogue and an outlook.It summarizes the conclusions and limitations of the study and analyzes possible future research directions.
