At present,with the increasing diversification of people's demand,the market demand presents the characteristics of multi variety,small batch and personalization.The advantages of the traditional assembly line production mode characterized by large batch and small variety are no longer available,while the Japanese unit production(seru seisan)is a manufacturing system with high flexibility and efficiency,which can effective l y respond to the changing market demand.Therefore,The research for seru production system has been paid more and more attention,but the current research is not systemat ic enough,and many problems of seru production system still need to be solved.This paper first introduces the research background,significance and research status,expounds the concept of seru production system,summarizes the essential characterist ics of seru production system,and then introduces three basic types of seru in actual production: divisional seru,rotating seru and yatai,and introduces the form characterist ics and application of the three types.Considering that there is no systematic research on the three basic types of seru production system,according to the general evolution direction of seru,the characteristics and application scenarios of the three types of seru,the order scheduling problems of the three types of seru are studied in turn.In this paper,we first study multi order production task scheduling optimization problem of yatai seru under the condition of fixed worker allocation.According to the parallel structure of seru,we design a genetic algorithm based on matrix crossover and multi neighborhood search mutatio n.By comparing the solution obtained by FCFS and EDD principles,we can see the superiority and effectiveness of the algorithm.After that,we study multi order production task scheduling optimization problem of rotating seru considering the workers allocation,design a method of combining k-means clustering algorithm and artificial bee colony to solve the problem,and carry out sensitivity analysis,and prove the applicability and scalability of the algorithm.First,we use k-means clustering analysis to allocate workers,and then use artificial bee colony algorithm to schedule orders.Finally,on the basis of considering the al ocation of workers,this paper studies multi order production task scheduling optimization problem of divisional seru considering the al ocation of process.Firstly,the method of system clustering is used to allocate workers,and then on the basis of using genetic algorithm to schedule orders,the shortest principle of production(SPT)is used to al ocate process to workers,and the satisfactory solution of the problem is obtained.The production task scheduling is an important part of the production for firms to carry out production after line-seru.It is the key to reflect the efficiency and flexibility of seru and guide the production of the firms.Therefore,this paper studies the multi order task scheduling in the seru production system.It is of great significance to solve the problems in the actual production of seru by building model and designing optimizat io n algorithms with quantitative and mathematical tools.
