With the improvement of economic,the market gradually presents the characteristics of diversified market demand and small batch.On the other hand,the improvement of labor level has brought about the increase of labor cost.How to make more effective use of labor to reduce production cost and improve production efficiency has become a problem that manufacturing enterprises must consider.In the 1990 s,seru production system(Japanese cell production system)was first proposed in Japan and has been applied in practical manufacturing,especially in light industrial manufacturing such as electronic manufacturing.Seru production system combines the high efficiency of assembly line system and the responsiveness of cell production system.It can well respond to the diversified and small batch market demand,greatly reduce the production cost and improve the production efficiency for manufacturing enterprises.Seru production system has been proposed for more than 20 years.In previous studies,the research on the construction of seru production system is based on pure seru production system,and there is little research on the construction of hybrid seru production system.On the other hand,seru production system is a people-oriented production system,but it is generally assumed that workers are completely cross trained workers in the model,and the impact of partially cross trained workers on the system is not considered.Therefore,this paper studies the construction of hybrid seru production system.In the hybrid seru system,considering the construction principle of division serus,whether some partially cross trained workers can realize the minimum makespan of production system in different demand scenarios,so as to reduce labor cost.This paper constructs a mathematical model of hybrid seru production system based on division serus,and develops a heuristic algorithm solution model.It is analyzed that the increase of the number of workers and the number of serus can reduce the makespan,but limited by the working time of the short assembly line,the makespan will decrease after reduce the working time of the short assembly line.On the other hand,in the scenario of uncertain demand,increasing the number of workers can reduce makespan of the production system and increase the stability of the system.The research of this paper not only enriches the theory in the research field of seru production system,but also provides technical support for the practical application of hybrid seru production system.
