Research On Product Quality Control Of A Electronics Company

As the world automobile industry has reached a new bottleneck period,it is difficult to reach a new level in the short term.As an important part of vehicle control,the quality of vehicle electronic equipment directly affects the quality of vehicle.The quality of automobile determines the competitiveness of automobile in the market.Under the situation of increasingly fierce competition in domestic and international vehicle electronic equipment market,it is urgent to improve the quality of vehicle electronic products of enterprises.How to optimize the quality control has become an important issue for enterprises.This paper first introduces the overview of quality control,the quality management system applied in the automobile industry and eight principles of quality management.Then it describes the organization and quality control status of A electronic company,according to the data of quality events,it identifies the deficiencies in quality control from parts,equipment,operation,design.It is shown in the following aspects: The control of mold trimming information of parts suppliers is not comprehensive,the standard process of warehousing inspection is not in place,the organizational function of quality assurance department is unreasonable,the equipment parameter setting does not meet the requirements,the calibration period of equipment maintenance is inconsistent with the actual production demand,the material placement management is lack of specification,the tooling storage management is lack of specification,design quality control relies on personal experience,lack of horizontal communication between design department and engineering department.Through the eight principles of quality management,this paper deeply analyzes the causes of quality control problems in enterprises,and puts forward some ideas for improvement.The improvement plan includes controlling the information of mold trimming,improving the organizational function scope of the quality assurance department,strengthening the communication efficiency between design department and engineering technology department in the design stage,improving the frequency of equipment calibration and maintenance,implementing 5S activities,improving enterprise knowledge management and building quality control activity group,in order to ensure the implementation of the improvement plan,this paper puts forward the guarantee measures of leaders' attention,awareness promotion,strengthening training and establishing mechanism.This paper discusses the quality control of product design and development process and manufacturing process,aiming to optimize and improve the quality control of enterprises,improve the stability of product quality,reduce the defective rate,and promote the continuous improvement of quality control.At the same time,I hope that the research results of this paper will have reference value and significance for the improvement of quality control level of other vehicle electronic products enterprises.
