| Quality detection is a very important work in production management of manufacturing enterprise. If the detection result, which is the trend of production quality in the millis, not analyzed in time, it can not provide decision-making support of technics-parameter adjustment better for technics department, then unqualified product happened. This situation is more obvious for flow-line-production tobacco enterprise,so many enterprise focus on how to build a rapid, exact,dynamic quality-detection information system. Along with enterprise paying more attention to the importance of quality detection and detection instruments using popularly,a lot of information is stored, so it is urgent to build dealing with detective data information system. This system could get timely product quality data, and grasp the quality change trend in order to support effectively maintenance of old products and decision-making for new product development, as well as help the quality detection personnel extricating of repeated , burdensome statistic and handworked work,This paper firstly bring forward storing tabacco-quality-detection data by using database technology,aiming at data storing of product detection and further analyzing demand. Then, build the information system of tobacco product quality detection adopting these ideas which use basic principle and method of quality detection for quality statistic and analysis. The system could help relative department know betimes and truly the product quantity in flow line production, which exert indeed the function of quality management of detection wroking.This paper combines practice need of analyzing, accoring to basic principle and method of modern information technology and tobacco quality detection analyzing,does demand analyse and system design for the tobacco-quality-detection information system, and carry out the system development and application by using Access2002 database and Borland Delphi 7 development language based on Windows 2000/XP platform. |
