Short video is the hottest social and entertainment mode,showing a blowout trend.Food short video is close to people's daily life,bring new audio-visual experience experience for the audience at the same time to meet their spiritual needs,in recent years has been rapid development,become a short video content subdivision,vertical trend of the hot field.Li Ziqi's short food video unique use of the new perspective of ancient style to show food at the same time for the audience to build Tao Yuanming's paradise fairy scene has become the representative brand of food short video.Behind the short video of Li Ziqi contains profound Chinese traditional culture,is the pursuit of harmonious coexistence between man and nature,is a free and broad-minded,not with the secular life attitude.When watching the short video of plums,the audience can not only enjoy the food,but also get away from the noise and secular calm,but also meet the needs of understanding Chinese traditional culture.Her successful experience has important reference value for other food short video creators,and also provides reference direction for the overseas dissemination of Chinese culture.Therefore,this paper uses literature research method,content analysis method,case analysis method and text analysis method to carry out related research on short food video.First of all,this paper expounds the research background and current research situation,and introduces the background and current development of short food video;Secondly,Using the content analysis method to study the content and presentation form of Li Ziqi's food short videos,to explore the content characteristics of the video,At the same time,explore what content features are more loved and supported by the audience,and use the text analysis method to study the audience comments of Li Ziqi's food short videos,and summarize the audience's attitude and emotions of Li Ziqi's food short videos,so as to give content effect feedback.After that,based on content analysis,it is concluded that the short food video is recognized by the audience because it has the characteristics of ancient style and profound cultural connotation,well-made video and giving a dual audio-visual experience,adhere to the development of the times and arouse emotional resonance.However,it is also found that Li Ziqi's food short videos currently have insufficient auxiliary translation,lack of innovative theme,and do not make clear the mimicry environment that need to be improved.Finally,we put forward the problems existing in the future development of Li Ziqi's food short videos,and the successful experiences of short food video creators are summarized,such as deep cultivation of original content,injection of traditional culture,rich emotional expression,focus on communication form,development of cultural brand,strengthening audience cognition,etc.So that we can promote the development of food short video,and make it become an effective way of Chinese traditional culture under the new media environment,contributing to the development of food short video and cultural communication.
