With the gradual penetration and development of the "Internet +" thought in our life and society, the life insurance industry has also ushered in a new round of opportunities and challenges. This paper is based on the analysis of online transactions of the life insurance industry, aiming to resolve two main issues of it: inefficient online transactions and poor concurrency capacity. This paper discusses the detailed solution of Internet + life insurance middle platform system, including design and key technology research. In the Internet age, life insurance companies have seeing a significant increase in online transactions, and must significantly improve the efficiency of online insurance transactions. This paper first investigates the existing insurance systems worldwide, and makes the research objective as how to construct the middle platform on Internet+ life insurance.Secondly,it investigates the technologies related on how to construct the middle platform, and chooses the technologies, tools and systems to implement our middle platform on Internet+ life insurance.Thirdly,it analyzes the disadvantages of our old life insurance online trading system and the functional requirements of the middle platform on Internet+ life insurance, and designs the overall software architecture of the system. The detailed design is based on three dimensions, the architecture of techniques, applications and data flows, which results a new middle platform including the contract subsystem and the middle platform data exchange subsystem.Regarding the key technologies for this system, there are two key technologies.Firstly, several technologies are proposed to deal with the issue of slow transaction. The old system needs to go through more than 30 steps to complete an online transaction. For the new system, these steps are optimized and integrated into several individual service units, they are connected in chains of microservice modules. As a result, for units that are not time-sensitive,they are separated from units requiring real-time and high-efficiency responses, and become independent follow-up microservices. These two kinds of units communicate by asynchronous message queues. At the same time, cache technology and algorithm optimization will also be integrated to improve the efficiency of transactions.Secondly, the database and application architecture are designed to be dynamically scaled according to the concurrency of the business transactions. When the number of transactions increases,it can be expanded to the estimated number of transaction service servers in time. After the business peak,it is able to reduce the number of machines to save computing resources. Finally, based on the technical perspectives of high time-efficiency and flexible capacity expansion, this paper conducts a function-based non-functional test and verification of the middle platform system. The testing results fully illustrate that under the correctness requirements of the business transaction functions, the transaction performance also meets the expected target requirements.
