With the development of auto industry, the disadvantages of vehicle insurance industry are imminent, with the emergence of the consequent public assessment of automobile insurance industry. China’s current vehicle insurance assessment industry is still a pattern of personnel’s observation. It is an important subject to use information technology to realize a quick and accurate assessment, as well to provide a standard for vehicle public assessment industry.According to the needs of vehicle insurance risk assessment, in vehicle insurance public assessment industry, this project builds the vehicle insurance decision management platform, which is integrated by the vehicle life table module, case analysis and risk assessment module. During the platform’s demand analysis process, we mastered the relevant information of vehicle insurance and accident in detail, so the vehicle information is of certain accuracy and practicability. In the process of platform design, considering the vehicle insurance assessment of enterprise management mode, the case analysis model and risk assessment model is proposed, which will effectively help enterprise managers to determine the vehicle corresponding invisible risks,.The implementation of the vehicle insurance decision management platform is based on JAVA and is designed by using JAVA EE related technology. The main research content involves the project need analysis, vehicle life table module design and the implementation of all processes. In the process of demand analysis, it mainly subjects to the project related business flow analysis, the analysis of vehicle periodic table’s completeness, accuracy and pertinence, and considering the case analysis model and risk assessment model for the corresponding data, which purpose is to provide effective vehicle data support for the system, and makes the life periodic table more specific.
