The controlled variable and the disturbance factors of the heat conduction oil boiler system are more,and there is a large correlation between the variables.The system is characterized by large inertia and serious hysteresis.At present,the enterprise of heat conduction oil temperature control usually adopts PID control method.The mathematical model of the system the method relies on a relatively large,but it is difficult for online adjustment.PID control is difficult to achieve the desired control effect for the heat conduction oil control system which can not be determined accurately.At the same time,PID control will appear larger overshoot,dynamic performance is poor,and the system is prone to shock.Therefore,this article to Dongying Haike Xinyuan chemical 2# control boiler system as the research background,the fuzzy PID control algorithm is applied to the heat conducting oil temperature control system for improve the system stability,overshoot and adjusting time etc.performance indicators.This article firstly introduces the research background of the temperature control system of heat conduction oil,and introduces the current research situation of the domestic and foreign research.Then it introduces some common methods used in the temperature control of heat conduction oil,and describes the design steps of the fuzzy PID controller in detail.The PID control,fuzzy control and fuzzy PID control simulation model of the heat conduction oil boiler control system are established by using the important component of SIMULINK,and the experimental results are analyzed and compared with the MATLAB control system.In this article,the control of the heat conduction oil boiler system is analyzed,and the fuzzy PID control system of the heat conduction oil boiler is designed by using PLC.The hardware configuration and program of PLC are compiled by using STEP7.Finally,the control system of the heat transfer oil temperature control system is designed by using WinCC.The simulation results show that the fuzzy PID control can improve the dynamic performance and the static performance of the system.As a result,the fuzzy PID control is feasible in theory as the control scheme of the heat conduction oil boiler control system.
