Museum is a concentrated space for storing and disseminating the natural laws and human civilization with scientific,historical,social and artistic values,as well as a cultural platform for directional information transmission and impact on the public.With the continuous promotion of China's cultural undertakings and industries,the museum industry,which has concentrated national brilliance,essence of civilization and social progress,has entered a new era of rapid development.At present,the number of museums registered in China has reached 4692,which is increasing at the rate of about 200 every year.According to the statistics released by the State Administration of cultural relics,in 2017,the number of visitors received by Chinese museums has exceeded 900 million.The influence of museums on the collection,appreciation,education,research,publicity,display,communication,experience and leisure of the current society and the general population is increasingly prominent.The rapid development of Museum(including memorial hall,archives,art museum,Planning Museum,etc.,the same below)industry has given birth to a huge museum industry market.Like a raging fire in curatorial exhibition,design,construction and exhibition,relying on big data,Internet plus,new retail,artificial intelligence,virtual reality,mobile communications and other technological innovation and policy support,we combine consumer upgrading,deep experience,cross boundary integration,niche customization,quality culture,global tourism,and good life.New demands and trends have emerged in the museum market,which will soon become a new business growth pole,additional profit point,differential competitiveness and development path for companies engaged in the museum industry.Driven and led by today's high-speed iterative business model,the museum's innovative business may even become a strategic opportunity for enterprises to overtake and redefine the curve.Based on the theory of development strategy management of management science and taking Zhenzhuo culture company as an example,this paper takes the concept of differentiation system in development strategy management as the basis,deeply analyzes that as a mature enterprise with stable traditional business,fully finds and utilizes its own unique advantages,explores,develops and utilizes innovation opportunities and development,and seeks transformation in the museum industry,Try how to re position the mode and integrate the implementation of resources,how to tap the implicit demands and guide the market purchase,how to establish the industry benchmark and generate positive interaction,so as to form a greater and stronger core competitiveness of enterprises.In this study,firstly,it reviews the theoretical framework of strategic management,development strategy and differentiated competition;secondly,it introduces and analyzes the basic situation of Zhenzhuo culture company and its museum industry,and deeply analyzes and establishes the necessity of developing new business in the future after the transformation by using SWOT model analysis,pest business analysis and other methods And feasibility,and then try to explore and propose the direction and content of innovative business development,so as to complete the research on the museum business transformation of Zhenzhuo culture company.
