Research On The Intelligence Service Model Of Industrial Think Tank Alliance Under The Concept Of Collaborative Innovation

In recent years,China think tanks have been in a stage of rapid development,but there is a low level of resource utilization in the construction of industrial think tank alliance,and the service quality needs to be improved urgently.Combining the collaborative innovation concept and taking the intelligence service process as the mainline,this paper thinks about how to construct the intelligence service model of the industrial think tank alliance and implement it effectively.This paper includes the following contents:(1)Research overview of the intelligence services of the industry think tank alliance.Starting from the relevant concepts and characteristics of the research object,this paper analyzes the significance of intelligence services to the industrial think tank alliance,summarizes the role of collaborative innovation concepts applied to the intelligence service of the industrial think tank alliance,therefore fully reflects the practical significance and value of this research.(2)Analyze and construct the intelligence service model of the industrial think tank alliance under the concept of collaborative innovation.Through the analysis of the relevant subjects of the intelligence service of the industrial think tank alliance,problems in the resource allocation,service structure,and service capabilities are found;therefore,the paper summarized the needs of the resource sharing,service process,demand direction,and user access channels.In order to ensure that users obtain professional intelligence services,combined with the concept of collaborative innovation,an intelligence service model of the industrial think tank alliance is constructed.The overall structure of the model is divided into two parts,one is the analysis of the four levels of modules,and the second is the analysis of the collaborative innovation mechanism corresponding to each level.Each module supports and calls each other.They are mutually supportive and interrelated.(3)By analyzing the existing intelligence services of the China Education Think Tank Alliance,this paper briefly introduces the background and development of the China Education Think Tank Alliance,analyzes the current status of its intelligence services,and puts forward suggestions on its optimization based on the model of intelligence service of industrial think tank alliance constructed under the concept of collaborative innovation that this paper constructed.The intelligence service model of the industrial think tank alliance under the collaborative innovation concept constructed in this paper is helpful to promote and advance the efficient and orderly development of the industrial think tank alliance.Effective integration of intelligence resources and enhancement of intelligence service capabilities can ensure the quality of intelligence services and promote the future construction and development of the industrial think tank alliance.
