Research On The Intelligent Service System Of New Think Tank Under The Environment Of Big Data

With the arrival of the new era of comprehensively deepening reform,Chinese society has entered a critical stage of transformation and development,and the requirements of our country for the accuracy and scientific nature of public decision-making have also been improved.Therefore,Chinese new-type think tank undertakes a more significant task and responsibility.In the big data environment,the development of think tank is faced with such problems as weak independence,lacking vitality of organization and lagging service.Based on the big data environment,this paper analyzes and summarizes the research status of domestic and foreign think tanks and intelligent services.By using literature research method,system analysis method and case study method to build a new think tank smart service system in the big data environment,it aims to solve the development problems of the new think tank,improve the service level of the new think tank,and enhance Chinese soft power.The specific research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Related concepts and theoretical basis.This part analyzes the connotation,characteristics and functions of the new think tank in the big data environment,summarizes the concept and characteristics of the smart service in the big data environment,and makes clear the advantages of big data in the research of the smart service system of the new think tank.(2)Analysis of new think tank smart service system in big data environment.This part analyzes the development status and problems of the new think tank,summarizes the problems of the new think tank from the three aspects of the development process,existence form and development status and clarifies the demand for the construction of new intelligence service system of new think tank in the big data environment.On this basis,a new analysis model of intelligent service system of new think tank is established to and clarify the composition and relationship of each element in the service system from three aspects: Technical,organizational and environmental factors.Finally,This part discusses the intelligent service process of the new think tank,summarizes the convergence point between the working process and intelligent service of the new think tank,and clarifies the research significance in intelligent service of the new think tank.(3)The Construction of a new think tank smart service system in the big data environment.According to the requirements we defined the design ideas.On the basis of the conceptual model,the overall architecture of the new think tank smart service system under the big data environment is constructed,which is divided into four modules,including information collection,smart analysis,think tank product development and smart service.Each module coordinates with each other and runs effectively,providing scientific and accurate intelligent services for think tank users.(4)Conduct case analysis and research on Zhixing Think Tanks.This part briefly summarizes the development process and basic characteristics of Zhixing Think Tank,analyzes the intelligent service system in detail of Zhixing Think Tank from the aspects of data processing and analysis,core technology,industrial application and service center,and puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions.This research is the intersection and integration of theories and methods in information science and artificial intelligence,and is a beneficial exploration to improve the intelligence service ability and level of Chinese new think tank in the big data environment.This study not only points out the development direction of the new think tank with Chinese characteristics in the new era,but also enriches the application field of artificial intelligence technology and theory,providing theoretical reference for the new think tank to provide innovative wisdom service and enhance the international influence of Chinese think tank.
