| In the context of population aging and intelligent development,intelligent elderly care has become a hot topic in today’s society.With the increase of age,the physical functions of the elderly decrease and their reactions are slow.The bathroom is an activity space closely related to the life of the elderly.A safe,convenient and comfortable bathroom space is a necessary condition to ensure the healthy life of the elderly.With the development of intelligent monitoring technology and the birth of Internet of Things technology,more and more intelligent monitoring equipment are applied to life.At this stage,the monitoring research on bathroom space is still in its infancy,exploring innovative monitoring in the bathing environment.The design of the system is of great significance to solve the problem of bathing safety for the elderly.At this stage,our country has not paid enough attention to the bathroom conditions and facilities for the elderly,and the disability phenomenon of the elderly in the bathing environment frequently occurs,and it is very necessary to monitor the bathing of the elderly.Applying contextual thinking to the design of bath monitoring products for the elderly to monitor changes in the body functions and emotions of the elderly during bathing can provide a safe bathing environment for the elderly.The first half of this article mainly focuses on the background of population aging and product intelligence,expounding the development prospects of health monitoring equipment for the elderly and the possibility of realizing the monitoring system.Through the description of the situational thinking design method,the design method and process based on the situational thinking are summarized,combined with the physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly,the problems in the elderly bathing situation are analyzed,and the user interviews and questionnaires are used to understand the elderly.The problems and actual needs encountered by people in the bathing process are analyzed and the results of the survey are analyzed,and the important significance and product direction of the design and research of the elderly bathing monitoring system are explained.In the second half of this article,through the investigation of health monitoring products,we understand the functional scope of intelligent monitoring equipment,expound the realization possibilities of the bathing monitoring system,summarize the design principles of the elderly monitoring products,and construct the framework of the elderly bathing monitoring system.According to the preliminary research results,the design direction is determined,the design orientation is clearly defined,and the changes in human body functions and emotions of the elderly during the bathing process are monitored over time,and feedback to users in the form of product reminders,so that users can make correct responses according to their own conditions.Based on ergonomics,complete the data research on the human body size and determine the plan size.Based on the physiological characteristics of the elderly,the design principles of product appearance and product color matching are analyzed,and the design of the bath monitoring system for the elderly is completed.With the development trend of population aging as the background,situational thinking as the theoretical basis,the development of health monitoring equipment as the technical basis,and safety as the guidance,the elderly bathing monitoring system is aimed at the problems encountered by the elderly in the bathing process.Carrying out design research is of great significance to improving the safety and comfort of the elderly’s lives. |
