| In the era of continuous advancement of archives informatization construction,archive websites,as an integral part of archives informatization construction,have become an important window and a network platform for the archives department to promote,provide services,and handle business.In order to understand the current situation of the construction of prefecture-level archives websites in Guangxi,the basic situation of the construction status of prefecture-level archives websites in Guangxi was grasped through web browsing and the research objects were determined.Taking the "2019 Evaluation Index System for Archives Websites at the Sub-provincial Level and Above" as the reference standard,construct an evaluation index system for the present situation of Guangxi Prefecture-level City archives website Construction with resource services,business construction,and website design as the first-level indicators.The questionnaire survey method and the analytic hierarchy process are used to obtain the weight of each evaluation index,and the evaluation index system is used to comprehensively evaluate the construction status of Guangxi Prefecture-level City archives website,and analyze the evaluation results.Through the analysis of the results,it is found that Guangxi Prefecture-level City archive websites have shortcomings in resource services,business construction,and website design.Furthermore,in response to the shortcomings,the development strategy of optimizing the construction of Guangxi prefecture-level archives website is proposed from the three aspects of resource service,business construction and website design.Through research,it is expected to promote the standardized construction and management of Guangxi prefecture-level archives websites,get better development,and become a network service platform that can not only provide high-quality services to the society,but also promote the comprehensive sharing of archive information resources. |
