Research On The Evaluation Of Prefecture-level Archives Websites In Anhui Province

The archive website is an important window for archives organizations to provide archives services to users.With the continuous development of archives website construction,some scholars began to pay attention to the evaluation research of archive websites in recent years,but most of them focused on the evaluation of Provincial Archives websites,the evaluation of prefecture-level archive websites is relatively rare,Because of the influence of economic development,regional differences,customs and other factors,it is difficult to evaluate the city-level archives websites in a wide range.Therefore,this paper selects Anhui provincial-level archives websites as research objects,and evaluates 13 prefecture-level archive websites in Anhui Province.The evaluation was carried out in order to promote the development of the prefecture-level archives website in Anhui Province,and hope to inspire the construction of archives websites in other cities.First,it summarizes the construction of the prefecture-level archives website in Anhui Province.Through the investigation and analysis of the overall situation of the construction of the prefecture-level archives website in Anhui Province,and analyzing the current situation of the construction from the name of the archive website,the domain name of the archive website,the creation time of the archive website and the establishment of the first-level category of the archive website,and then summarizes summarizes the achievements of the current construction of the prefecture-level archives website in Anhui Province:the construction of archives websites in Anhui Province has developed rapidly;the content of websites has become more and more abundant;the influence of archive websites has become more and more important.Secondly,the evaluation index system of the prefecture-level archives website in Anhui Province for this evaluation is determined.The existing research results of archives website evaluation are analyzed from three aspects:basic theory,evaluation index system and evaluation method.The basic theory of archive website evaluation research mainly introduces the definition of the evaluation content of the archive website and archive website and the design principle of the evaluation index system.In the existing research,the evaluation index system of archives website is mainly designed for provincial archive websites,municipal archive websites or college archive websites.The author analyzes and summarizes some representative research results and produces statistical tables.In addition,some scholars' evaluation methods are analyzed and summarized.Through the analysis of the existing research results,it can be seen that the archives website evaluation index system constructed by the survey and evaluation project team of the Information Resources Management Institute of Renmin University of China is the most scientific and comprehensive.Therefore,the author takes the evaluation index system as a reference,and makes some adjustments on the basis of it,as the basis for the evaluation of the prefecture-level archives website in Anhui Province,the weight of the three-level indicators is determined by the combination of the questionnaire survey method and the analytic hierarchy process.Thirdly,it evaluates the prefecture-level archives website in Anhui Province and analyses the evaluation results.After determining the evaluation process and method,the paper makes an in-depth investigation and evaluation of 13 prefecture-level archive websites in Anhui Province,calculates the total score and the score rate of each index,and ranks the evaluation results,according to the survey results for each city archives website,the paper makes a brief analysis of the construction situation and points out the shortcomings.Then according to the scores and scoring rate of each level index,the evaluation results of each level of indicators are analyzed in depth from three aspects:resource services,business construction and website design.Finally,it puts forward suggestions for the further development of the construction of prefecture-level archives websites in Anhui Province.Through the evaluation and analysis of the prefecture-level archives website in Anhui Province,the author puts forward suggestions on the development of Anhui prefecture-level archives websites in terms of resource services,business construction and website design.
