Since 1991,China and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations(hereinafter referred to as ASEAN)have begun dialogues,bilateral political,economic,trade,and cultural exchanges have become increasingly frequent and deepening.The 15th anniversary of the establishment of the China-ASEAN Strategic Partnership Partnership and the 15th anniversary of the founding of the China-ASEAN Expo will be ushered in 2018.The role of China-ASEAN network media exchange and cooperation is increasingly prominent.China' s dissemination of online media to ASEAN countries has become a window for ASEAN citizens to understand China ' s and Guangxi ' s information,and has played an increasingly important role in serving the "One Belt and One Road" initiative.In this context,this article attempts to use case studies,content analysis methods,expert interviews,and other research methods to summarize the status quo and problems of Guangxi-ASEAN dissemination website construction.The study found that the current news comprehensive website of Guangxi to ASEAN covers political,cultural,economic and trade aspects,and the multilingual communication system has gradually improved;the exhibition service website is the type of website that Guangxi has the most influence on ASEAN countries;economic and trade Websites and academic research websites are currently under severe development.Guangxi's ASEAN dissemination website still has major problems in the form of reports in the process of external communication and website operation and construction,the urgent need for improvement in the construction of website quality,the construction of multilingual web pages,and the incompleteness of audience research and dissemination effect assessment mechanisms.The website and finally,through observation and research of important media websites in Southeast Asian countries,combined with the successful experiences of domestic and foreign external communication websites,tried to propose to the Guangxi-ASEAN dissemination website:Grasping the regional characteristics of Guangxi,innovating the dissemination method,and accelerating the cultivation of complex new media Talents,further improve the evaluation of communication effects,speed up the improvement of cooperation mechanisms with local media in Southeast Asian countries,especially major media in several key countries,and enable Guangxi's external communication websites to truly achieve their goals.
