With the rapid development of Internet technology and the widespread application of big data technology,the speed of information dissemination continues to accelerate.Once negative news or news appears in such an Internet environment,companies may face the risk of being infinitely amplified in the network.Crisis PR also deserves more attention than ever before.Western excellent public relations theory put forward the famous "two-way equilibrium model",which is of great significance in the history of public relations research in the world,but it ignores the relationship between "organization" and "environment",and faces "unacceptable" after being introduced into China.On the one hand,the introduction of Western public relations theories into China has been hindered,and on the other hand,traditional public relations theories cannot meet the needs of the times.Therefore,domestic scholars put forward positive public relations theories on the basis of excellent public relations theory to make up for the lack of research on the relationship between "organization" and "environment" in excellent research.At the same time,it is based on the traditional Chinese culture of "Harmony between Man and Nature" and philosophical thoughts such as the "World for Public" world view,and introduces interdisciplinary theory and positive psychology for fusion research.Positive public relations is the specific application of positive psychology in the field of public relations,and it is also a development and supplement of Chinese public relations to the excellent public relations in the West.The proposition of the positive public relations theory is of great significance to China's local public relations theory,and it also points out the direction for the future development of Chinese enterprises' public relations career.Enterprises want to remain invincible,communicate to reach consensus and build trust with the public,and maintain good public relations have become a specialized and systematic urgent need for enterprises.Active public relations theory focuses on the three-dimensional ecology of "public-organization-environment".Positive public relations theory is mainly divided into three levels: communication content level,from information flow to emotional flow;relationship level,from one-way control to two-way communication,equal dialogue;concept guidance level,to explore the application of positive psychology in corporate crises In practice,we no longer only focus on temporary crises,but focus on the harmonious symbiosis between the enterprise and the environment.Based on the analysis and summary of specific corporate public relations practice cases,the innovative crisis public relations strategy of "consensus-empathy-symbiosis" is proposed,in order to provide reference and strategic guidance for the future public relations communication of domestic enterprises.
