Xiji Dagong newspaper sets press circles a good example not only in news report and opinion on public affairs but also in management. A great deal of experience in public relations accumulated by Xiji dagong newspaper is well worth learning and using for reference. From the perspective of Public Relations, the research project carefully and systematically explores on the foundation of lots of first-hand research materials the organization environments, sense of public relations, public relations practice of Xinji dagong newspaper by employing the methods of theoretical deduction and case studies. The author thinks that from point of view of Public Relations, the policy of running Dagong newspaper, namely "Non-party, Unselfish, Refuse selling, Not follow blindly" , is the Idea of Public Relations of Xinji dagong newspaper. The policy commands all the sense and actions of Xinji dagong newspaper public relations. Xinji dagong newspaper has strong consciousness to readers, consciousness of responsibility, consciousness of communication, consciousness of image, consciousness of harmonization, consciousness of being open, etc. With these consciousnesses, Xinji dagong newspaper takes explicit, effective measures of Public relations. At last, with the hope to draw lessons from history, the author abstracts and sums up the valuable experiences of Public relations of Xinji dagong newspaper.
