In recent years,with the continuous improvement of Chinese residents’ awareness of risk prevention,the scale of insurance industry has expanded rapidly,and China has become the second largest insurance market in the world.However,many problems have been exposed during the development of insurance industry,such as the information asymmetry generated by Principal-agent relationship,the generally low quality of employees,the information isolated between companies,and the imperfect supervision system,which restrict the health development of the insurance industry.As a "shock absorber" and "stabilizer",insurance is of great significance to economic and social development.Therefore,it is urgent to manage the insurance industry.Using the causal chain method of TRIZ theory to analyze the dilemma of the insurance industry,it is found that the three aspects of root cause are as follows.First,the insurance industry lacks information revealers and undertakers,which makes it impossible to identify the credit status of insurance companies and policyholders.Second,the education of insurance majors in colleges and universities is out of touch with the insurance industry,besides,the supply and demand of talents do not match.Third,the application of information technology is not yet perfect.In view of the above three problems,the Subject-Field model is used to give the solutions to the insurance industry.Construct a insurance TIF domain platform,and then classify the policyholders according to the industry they are engaged in and construct several entity industry TIF domains.The insurance domain is attached to the entity industry domain to commence business,just like a butterfly’s wings.First of all,build an insurance industrial life chain,which include the education chain,the incubation chain and the supply chain.Emphasize the importance of talents cultivation and industrial innovation for industrial development,and reform the college insurance education.Secondly,construct an ethical indicator system to establish a domain access system,excluding those with unqualified moral standards.Moreover,carry out credit rating and detailed information disclosure on subjects in the domain to eliminate the problem of information asymmetry.Thirdly,emphasize the supporting role of the financial responsibility chain and the information technology chain for the industrial life chain.Propose the insurance finance,and construct a financing mechanism for policyholders.Use information technologies such as the Internet,big data,AI,and blockchain to connect,process,and fidelity the data in TIF domain to empower the development of insurance industry.
