A Sutdy On The Ancient Tibetan Document White Umbrella Cover Mother In Duhuang Translation

The volume of Bai San Gai Mu Jing,which appears in Dunhuang ancient Tibetan,is a Buddhist scripture culture translated from India during Tibetan Tubo period.Bai San Gai Mu Jing in ancient Tibetan literature has many complete and scattered volumes.Based on this,this paper compiles all its contents and studies this kind of volumes according to comparison,which is divided into four chapters.The first chapter first writes the nature and meaning of its sutra,and points out the birth,category and divine group of White Umbrella Covering Mother Sutra.Secondly,it describes when and by whose reign the White Umbrella Covering Mother Sutra was first translated,and then which sages annotated the Sutra,and comprehensively described its development and influence.The second chapter introduces and synthesizes the volumes collected in British and French museums,compares the versions of White Umbrella Covering Mother Sutra in Dunhuang documents,and identifies the first volume of many volu...
