Dunhuang Manuscript Pel.3715does not have a complete outset and ending, which gives us an impression of poor handwriting and cannot be classified severely. This paper conducts the study from some angles as followed:firstly, it looks back the research history deliberately; secondly, it analyzes elaborately the pattern of this manuscript; thirdly, it deconstructs and recombines the content of this manuscript and points out that this manuscript is actually one draft of encyclopedia, through neatening and checking LiZhong Jiechao; fourthly, it indicates that the author of this manuscript is Zhangqiu, a famous scholar in Dunhuang, and the creation date of this manuscript is between894AD and908AD; fifthly, it discusses some books cited by this manuscript; sixthly, it replumes and annotates minutely this manuscript based on the research results of predecessors.
