In recent years,the logistics distribution of fresh commodity has played an extremely important role in meeting the demand of the society for fresh commodity.Restricted by the characteristics of perishable,timeliness and temperature control heterogeneity of fresh commodity,and the characteristics of diversified commodity demand,scattered geographical location and higher time window requirements of customers,which makes the logistics distribution requirements of fresh commodities are significantly higher than those of other commodities.However,the limited resources of logistics distribution of fresh commodity make it impossible for fresh commodity to achieve effective whole process of low-temperature transportation and distribution.And the non-low-temperature transportation and distribution process will lead to serious value loss of fresh commodity over time,thus limiting the development of fresh commodity logistics industry.The resource sharing and cooperation among fresh commodity logistics facilities can realize the rational allocation and staggered use of resources among multiple fresh commodity logistics distribution facilities,and then improve the efficiency of resource utilization.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to study the optimization of the multi-center joint distribution network alliance of fresh commodity to improve the effective utilization of fresh commodity logistics distribution resources,reduce the value loss of fresh commodity,and then reduce the operating costs of fresh commodity in logistics distribution process.In this paper,the multi-center joint distribution network alliance optimization problem of fresh commodity is studied,mainly including three parts: the optimization problem of fresh commodity distribution based on time window and temperature control;the optimization problem of fresh commodity multi center joint distribution network and the optimization problem of fresh commodity multi center joint distribution alliance.The above three parts are analyzed in detail and gradually researched in depth,and the methods for optimizing the analysis of each part are discussed,so as to provide theoretical methods and technical support for the optimization of urban fresh logistics distribution network.The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)The optimization problem of fresh commodity distribution based on time window and temperature control is studied,with the aim of rationally optimizing the fresh commodity distribution route,thereby reducing the value loss and logistics costs in the fresh commodity distribution process.Firstly,considering the factors of perishability of fresh commodity,distribution time window of customer demand and temperature control of refrigerated vehicle,a bi-objective mathematical programming model is established aiming at minimizing the total logistics distribution cost of fresh commodity logistics distribution enterprises and the value loss in the process of fresh commodity distribution.Then,the K-means clustering algorithm is designed for customer clustering for fresh distribution demands.And the genetic-tabu search(GA-TS)hybrid heuristic algorithm is applied to solve the model on the basis of customer clustering analysis,which integrates the global optimization ability of genetic algorithm and the local search ability of tabu iterative optimization.Finally,the effectiveness of the constructed model and hybrid algorithm is verified by case analysis,the optimal clustering scheme and the optimal fresh commodity distribution temperature are determined by cluster sensitivity analysis and temperature sensitivity analysis,respectively.(2)On the basis of the research about the optimization of fresh commodity distribution based on time window and temperature control,the optimization problem of fresh commodity multi-center joint distribution network is studied,aiming to reduce the operating cost and the number of vehicles of fresh commodity logistics distribution network.Firstly,considering the multi-center joint distribution cooperation mechanism based on a resource-sharing strategy and a reasonable temperature control design.A bi-objective mixed-integer programming model is established with the goal of minimizing the operating cost and the number of vehicles used of fresh commodity multi-center joint distribution network.Then,according to the similarity of fresh demand customers,the K-means algorithm is used to complete multi-dimensional clustering of customer points.Based on this,the Tabu Search-Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm-II hybrid heuristic algorithm is designed,which combines the NSGA-II algorithm framework and flexible tabu rules to ensure various effective searches and fast parallel calculation to achieve global optimization.Finally,case related data is used to carry out specific analysis and verification,the rationality of the proposed model and the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm are showed by the analysis of optimization results and algorithm verification.According to the Pareto optimization principle,temperature control sensitivity analysis is used to determine the optimal distribution temperatures of different types of fresh commodities.(3)Based on the research of multi-center joint distribution network optimization of fresh commodities,the optimization problem of multi-center joint distribution alliance of fresh commodities is studied,which is the key to the alliance stability of multi center joint distribution network.Firstly,according to the cooperative game theory,different profit distribution methods are used to calculate the optimization results of multi-center joint distribution alliance,thus different profit distribution schemes are obtained.Then,the core area calculation model is used to determine the center location of the core area of multi-center joint distribution,and the "snowball" theory is used to study the alliance stability under different profit distribution schemes,and the best multi-center profit distribution scheme is selected.Finally,the strict monotonic path rule is used to study the cooperative alliance sequence selection under the multi-center joint distribution network alliance mode,and the optimal alliance sequence selection strategy is used to determine the optimal alliance cooperation sequence for the multi-center joint distribution network of fresh commodity.
