In recent years,fresh food demand has continued to expand in our country,and the fresh food retail market has a bright future.The fresh food e-commerce industry is in a period of model exploration and rapid development,and competition is extremely fierce.In the choice of fresh food e-commerce models,many e-commerce companies have chosen the way of laying out offline stores.Due to the large upfront investment and heavy asset model of traditional new retailers,some fresh food e-commerce companies have begun to try to open small community fresh supermarkets.Compared with large-scale new retail supermarkets,community fresh supermarkets occupies a smaller area,the service scope is smaller,the distance to the community residents is closer,the floor efficiency ratio is higher,and it is more conducive to the penetration of the second and third-tier cities.The community fresh supermarket stores face consumers directly,and the service level will directly affect customers’ purchase intentions and the company’s operating income.Therefore,it has a great practical significance to select the location and layout of the community fresh supermarket and optimize the end distribution route.This paper studies the location-path problem of community fresh supermarket stores.The main work includes the following aspects:First,the main characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of the current fresh product circulation mode are explained,and new retail is introduced.The operation mode of the community fresh supermarket was compared with the traditional new retail mode,and the distribution strategy of adopting regular centralized distribution in the end distribution process was proposed.Then,from the online and offline perspectives,the customer satisfaction function is constructed through different purchase methods,the objective function is to minimize the total cost,and the supply-demand relationship constraints,community fresh supermarkets,and distribution vehicle capacity constraints are used as constraints to build a production system.The store location and route optimization model under the fresh community fresh supermarket model.In the model,offline demand is separated from online demand.Offline service demand is fulfilled by the community fresh supermarket closest to the customer demand point.Online delivery demand is based on the location route.The community fresh supermarket selected in the planning results is completed.Then a three-stage heuristic algorithm is designed for this problem.Finally,the model and algorithm of the location-path problem of the fresh-food community fresh supermarket are verified and analyzed through actual cases.By setting different clustering numbers in the first stage of the algorithm,the results were compared and analyzed.Through the sensitivity analysis of the online purchase rate,some suggestions were made for fresh food e-commerce companies from the perspective of economy.In summary,this article starts from the online and offline perspectives,constructs a customer satisfaction function through different purchase methods,and constructs a store location and route optimization model under the fresh-food community fresh supermarket model.Then we designed a three-stage heuristic algorithm to solve the problem.Decisions are made on the location of community fresh supermarket stores and the two-level vehicle transportation route.The research in this article can provide some decision-making support for fresh food e-commerce companies.
