| In the age of the internet, people’s consumption levels are gradually rising, the demand for fresh produce is increasing and the requirements for delivery are becoming higher. This has put forward higher requirements on the cost control and service quality of enterprises.China’s fresh produce cold chain logistics industry is already in a stage of rapid development, but in the process of fresh produce distribution there are still problems such as high costs, low distribution efficiency, and low customer satisfaction,as well as demand uncertainty caused by a variety of factors is also the focus of current industry development considerations.Secondly, the cold chain logistics industry,as a high carbon emission industry, needs to balance the relationship between economic benefits and the environment in its development process to respond to carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals. As one of the most significant aspects of logistics, the delivery time of fresh produce accounts for approximately 80% of the logistics time, and fresh produce requires high delivery time, and time variation in the delivery process will directly affect delivery costs and customer satisfaction. Therefore,it is very important to consider the randomness of fresh product demand and the influencing factors of delivery services, choose a reasonable fresh product delivery path, reduce delivery costs, and deliver high-quality products to customers.Based on a thorough review of numerous domestic and international research papers, this thesis considers the stochastic situation of fresh produce demand and customer requirements for delivery time, taking Xuzhou Yurun as an example to optimize the delivery path of fresh products, which mainly contains the following aspects:(1)This article briefly describes the research status of domestic and foreign scholars in fresh product delivery, vehicle routing problems with time windows, and vehicle routing problems under random demand.Based on this, this thesis considers the uncertainty of fresh product demand and proposes that when planning distribution routes, distribution costs and customer satisfaction factors should be considered simultaneously.(2)This thesis clarifies distribution path problem with time windows under stochastic demand and basic assumptions and relevant parameters and the definition and calculation of each cost in the fresh produce distribution process, including the cost of carbon emissions and the cost of out-of-stock;secondly,the thesis analyses influencing factors of customer satisfaction;finally,a multi-objective optimization model of cost and satisfaction is constructed, and the relevant constraints are formulated, and a hybrid genetic algorithm is selected to solve the model.(3)This thesis analyzes distribution situation of Xuzhou Yurun fresh produce distribution center and optimizes the distribution path under random demand in the distribution center.Firstly, research was conducted on Xuzhou Yurun fresh food distribution center, relevant distribution data was collected and problems in the enterprise were analyzed, and customer demand was assumed to obey a certain random distribution function.Secondly,a hybrid genetic algorithm was written using Matlab 2020 a software to derive the optimization results under deterministic and stochastic demand and analyzed. The results show that considering the randomness of customer demand, analyzing and optimizing delivery paths from two aspects: delivery cost and customer satisfaction can help improve customer service experience, reduce delivery costs, and validate the effectiveness of the research. The thesis has 32 figures,18 tables, and 73 references. |
