Research On Fresh Food Distribution Center Location

As people living standard unceasing enhancement, fresh food has become an essential part of People’s Daily life, their freshness and safety is the focus of attention.lt is known to all that fresh food is easy to rotte, in order to ensure the consumers could buy the fresh food, there are a lot of enterprises to construct fresh food distribution center for the unific distribution of the fresh food to meet consumer demand for fresh food on the quality and time. Based on this, this article studied on how to carry out fresh food distribution center location scientificly and reasonablely.First, this paper introduces theory of the fresh food distribution center as well as fresh food distribution center location, analyzes the characteristics、principle and influence factors of the fresh food distribution center location, such as to prepare for determining the distribution center address.Then, this paper applied combination forecast model of the grey prediction and markov prediction to forecast the future demand,which can reduce the error and improve the precision. On the basis of the demand forecast and drawing lessons from a variety of distribution center location model and method,this paper improves the existing fresh food distribution center location model and sets up to fresh food distribution center location model considering fresh losses affectation and designs the immune clone algorithm for solving the model.Finally, the case analysis, using the the fresh food distribution center location model considering the freshness loss affection proposed in this paper to help wal-mart build fresh food distribution center site selection in Hubei. the model is solved using matlab, address one or several distribution centers from three candidates to, besides, this paper analysises the result sensitivity of the parameters changement’s influencing on the final cost.
