With the emergence of LED light source and the maturity and wide application of wireless communication technology,the composition and control of lighting system have taken on a new form.Daylight perception illumination adjusts the brightness of the lamp according to the illumination degree of sunlight,thus keeping the illumination degree of the workplane stable.One of its cores is the automatic control technology.In order to keep the illumination of the workplane constant,the closed-loop control method should be adopted,and the sensor placed on the workplane is the most direct illumination measurement method.The illumination of the workplane is fed back to the controller through wireless communication,which can avoid wiring compared with wired way,and has the characteristics of quick arrangement,convenience and flexibility.In this paper,the research and design of daylight sensing lighting system in LED intelligent lighting is carried out by combining the illumination wireless feedback technology.Firstly,this paper compares Bluetooth technology,Wi Fi technology and ZigBee technology,and further analyzes the requirements and characteristics of wireless network construction in this project,and chooses ZigBee wireless technology as the communication mode of this project.The wireless sensor network of the system is ZigBee network,the hardware is CC2530 chip,the software is Z-stack protocol stack,the acquisition module is bh1750 light sensor,the control module is Arduino single-chip computer,the driving module is led driver,using the above modules to build a closed-loop control system,so as to collect sunlight and adjust LED light gradually.The system design mainly includes three aspects:sunlight illumination collection,illumination information transmission and light control.The work flow and interface communication of each module are designed according to the above three aspects.ZigBee network software design,the operating system Abstract Layer in Z-stack protocol stack osal cycle query events,the ZigBee coordinator and ZigBee terminal node data frame format and event priority are defined,the event processing function,package analysis function and bh1750 light sensor collection function are written.The function library of Arduino development board package is very perfect.The existing functions of the function library are directly used to adjust and control the LED light source.Finally,the protocol analysis software is used to analyze the network establishment,the serial debugging assistant software is used to test the network communication,and the pulse modulation signal input by the oscilloscope is observed,and the gradual dimming function of the lighting system is verified by measuring the illumination of the LED light source through the digital illuminometer.To sum up,this paper constructs the illumination wireless feedback daylight sensing lighting system through ZigBee network and Arduino single chip microcomputer,and realizes the gradual dimming function of LED.The design of this system can play a reference role in the development of LED intelligent lighting system.
